Transport of dangerous goods
We transport dangerous goods throughout the Czech Republic, the EU and beyond. We provide crane loading, proper securing of cargo and insurance up to the required amount.
What are the conditions for transporting hazardous materials by road?
- Only dangerous goods as defined by the international agreement ADR (=European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road) may be transported by road
- Particularly hazardous materials may only be transported with the permission of the Ministry of Transport
- The transport of nuclear materials requires the approval of the State Office for Nuclear Safety
- Specially equipped vehicles with drivers trained to transport and handle ADR
Documents required for transporting dangerous goods
- ADR transport document - name and identification number of the substance, consignor, consignee (in the language of the consignor and also in English, German or French)
- Written instructions in the event of an accident or emergency - in a language understood by the driver, uniform for all Member States that have acceded to the ADR
